A Year of Thankfulness

We are one week away from Thanksgiving. So why not devote this time to reflecting on the things that make us thankful? For many weeks last winter and spring, I was participating in a Thankful Thursday link up. Bloggers would focus on what made them thankful during the week and then link up so we could read each other’s posts. They suspended Thankful Thursdays for the summer and haven’t started back up. So, this is my one-woman-show! Join in with me by commenting below on what makes you thankful.

This week, I am:

  1. Thankful that the this season of thankfulness offered me the opportunity to post this recap blog post during a really busy week!
  2. Thankful for all of YOU who have supported me in my first year of blogging. I couldn’t have done it without you!

I am thankful for my health. A year ago my 7 year old found me passed out on the floor. I was hospitalized for 4 days. I am so happy to be better.

I’m giving thanks for wonderful friends like yourself. (I have your letter written, but it hasn’t made it to the envelope yet!)

I am thankful for my family even if they are driving me batty lately.

I’m thankful for all of the support and love I receive from those who come visit my blog. I’m grateful for all the things I get to review thanks to my blog.

I’m thankful that everything seems to work out in the end.

I’m thankful for you, too! Good advice, too, that everything works out in the end. I think people would be a lot less stressed if they kept telling themselves that!

What do you think? We'd love to hear your comments!
